ASRock Introduces Radeon RX 6500 XT 8 GB Phantom Gaming Graphics Card

This week, ASRock unveiled the Radeon RX 6500 XT 8 GB Phantom Gaming graphics card. The RX 6500 XT originally comes with a 4 GB memory size, but ASRock has decided to double this to 8 GB. This increase is likely achieved through the use of high-density 32 Gbit memory chips or two sets of 16 Gbit chips stacked on top of each other. The card features Phantom Gaming styling, measures 24 cm in length, is of standard height, and occupies 2 slots in thickness. The cooling system includes an aluminium fin-stack heatsink that is cooled by two fans. Power is supplied through a single 8-pin PCIe power connector. Display outputs consist of one DisplayPort 1.4 and one HDMI 2.1 with VRR support. It is worth noting that Sapphire has also released an 8 GB Pulse graphics card in the past. ASRock has not disclosed the pricing for this card.
